Sake is drunk warm. – Not wrong, but depending on the type of sake not ideal either.
Depending on the drinking temperature ,the very same sake can reveal different aromas and flavours. This is another evidence that sake is a unique alcoholic beverage.
What’s more, the season of year plays an important part. While an exklusive, slightly chilled premium sake on ice can refresh in summer, a full-bodied Junmai, heated to 40-50°, can warm up spirit and soul – like the medium bodied Sawaya Matsumoto Junmai.
Heat up and enjoy this smooth and slightly syrupy drop in a traditional manner in an accessoire designed thereto.
