Miyabi is a strong, intensive Tokubetsu Junmai, brewed according to the traditional kimoto method.
Earthy, dry and pleasantly sweet in the palate with notes of hazelnut, liquorice, prunes as well as coriander and nutmeg.


Miyabi is reminiscent of stone food brandy and an ideal food companion.
