In the first moment Kozaemon Yamahai Junmai surprises with a cheesy, floral and fresh bouquet combined with notes of cooked fruit, a subtle citrus freshness (lime), lime blossom as well as almond paste and it is reminiscent of gingerbread.It follows again unexpected flavours of onions, spinach and cloves combined with a subtle pungency in the palate.
