The matured Kokuryu Nizaemon Junmai Daiginjo is one of the few limited edition works of art by the master brewer, pressed using the extravagant and time-consuming tobin-dori pressing method.
Fresh, crisp and tart on the nose, followed by a fruity, aromatic presence on the palate. A lively drinking experience, with a slight spiciness in the long, almost creamy finish. A Japanese rarity.
