shizuku GmbH was founded in January 2013 by Marc Nydegger.
The onlineshop www.shizuku.ch has been launched in October 2013.
shizuku Store has opened in September 2016.

In Japan, shizuku GmbH is supported by J. Kobayashi Co., Ltd.. The personal and immediate contact to the local breweries is therefore cultivated at all times.

All products are shipped to Switzerland per reefer container to ensure that there is no loss in quality. From Japan to Switzerland TRANSWORLD forwarding GmbH ensures that the products are in good hands at all times.

In Switzerland, Drahtzug is responsible for packaging and forwarding the products of shizuku GmbH.
Drahtzug is a social and modern non-profit organization which offers handicapped people a platform for social integration and access to working environment.

shizuku has been well networked with the local gastronomy scene since the beginning and supplies different partners such as restaurants, bars, resellers but also large distributors. Marc Nydegger attaches great importance to staff training and regular presence on site. This is the only way to guarantee professional sake enjoyment in Switzerland.
