Nouvelle Honjozo is an elegant, pleasant and light Tokubetsu Honjozo. Fresh and aromatic flavours and bitter-resinous. In the palate slightly sweet and tangy at the same time. Linear with a refreshing acidity and a dry finish.
Nouvelle Honjozo is perfect for heating.
