Shirayuki Edo Genroku is a strong and complex and Junmai (Genshu), with an interesting salty sweetish haze. Dark chocolate, honey, yeast, dried corn as well as lime blossom and wood. It achieves its amber colour from the wooden barrels (taru) in which it is fermented. shizuku recommends... ... a drinking temperature of cool to room temperature (10-20°C)... letting the drop breath a bit after opening...
