Inatahime Junmai Daiginjo is medium-bodied, elegant and extremely complex. Fragrances of tangerine, dried citrus fruit, melon and a decent yeast note in the nose. Ripe oranges, almonds, raisins, liquorice and sweet corn, herbs and walnuts in the palate. A smooth acidity and a velvet aftertaste round off this sake.
